If you know that you are going to arrive late for your booked appointment, please call the salon. If you are more than 10 to 15 minutes late, you may be asked to rebook for another day based on the client load at the time. But if we are still able to service you, you may have to wait a bit until the clients that arrived on time or prepped and under the dryer.
If you have booked an online appointment, you may cancel online but please do it with a 24 hour advance time frame so that we can make every effort to book another client in that same time slot and not lose revenue.
Walk In Clients:
We make every effort to service walk in clients, but ask that if you are getting a service such as: weave/extensions, mens hair cut or color highlights, please call ahead, because those services require more time.
Children In The Salon
: Due to the safety and the liability involved when bringing children to the salon when not be serviced, we asked that you please not bring children to the salon who are not being service. Unfortunately children will get restless and not want to sit down while someone is receiving a salon service and there will be too many opportunities for them to get into: chemicals, hot implements, sharp implements are more, which are very unsafe for children. Therefore please do not bring children to the salon if they are not getting serviced.
Food In The Salon
: We strive to keep a clean environment for you and all of our clients. Therefore we ask that you please not
bring food in the salon.
